The most prestigious program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry is right around the corner. This awards program recognizes the best of the best in office management and exemplifies the quality in office buildings and their management.
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award signifies a demonstrated ability and commitment to going beyond the expected standards of service and professionalism. These outstanding leaders serve BOMA and also contribute to other various civic and community affairs. Continuum Services has helped many winners in the past achieve this award of excellence. Here are a few tips to help you make a good impression:
1. Review books or submittals of past winners. They are most likely located in your BOMA office.
2. Use the TOBY committee for help. Each property that enters will be assigned a liaison who will be available to help out through the process.
3. Renumber, the property manager lead the judges tour. As long as you cover the areas of interest on the entry form, you determine which room and what order of the tour. The more organized and confident you are, the better impression you make!
