As Chief Operating Officer, Ted Spicer is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Continuum Services. This includes strategic planning, sales leadership, client relationship management, customer satisfaction and employee development and retention. Ted has over 20 years of experience in business development and integrated facilities and operations management in different markets across the country. Ted has proven success in improving client retention, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction scores and organically growing a client base. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.
