As the Engineering and Facilities Manager at Continuum Services, Tom Bartkowiak supervises over 2.5 million square feet of class “A” office building space while providing leadership and direction to the facility services staff. His goal is to provide the continuous and efficient operation of all building and facility systems. Throughout the course of Tom’s 25-year career in facility maintenance services, he has developed specialized facility operating procedures, implemented effective preventative maintenance programs, and worked to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, expense guidelines, and governing codes. He has also intensified our focus on sustainability and the importance of “going green” in the buildings that he supervises. Tom assumes a key role in the safety and training of the entire staff, ensuring that team members are up-to-date on the latest in safe workplace practices.
