Current requests, as well as historical data, are stored on a secured server so that you can access it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On average CONTINUUM responds and processes over 1200 work requests per month. Metrics show that typical response time is 2 hours and that requests are routinely completed in less than 2.5 hours. Each of those same customer requests are offered an online customer satisfaction survey. To date, our customer satisfaction is consistently above 90%.
