"Last Friday a coworker asked me to submit a work order to CONTINUUM because the hot water faucet had broken in our Kitchenette. My coworker gave me the handle and the bits and pieces that had come off of it. Roughly two minutes later (and I'm not exaggerating), Bruce came by the office looking for the Kitchenette. I gave him the broken parts – even though I figured that it needed to be replaced due to the state it was in. Bruce was very positive and thought he could fix it. A few moments after that, Rodney came by asking how he could help. I briefed Rodney on what Bruce had done and he left, only to come back a short while later to ensure that everything was working properly. I didn't even notice that Bruce had already fixed the faucet! Bruce and Rodney's customer service is amazing!! They were able to fix our problem with nearly zero "down time", they followed up immediately to ensure satisfaction, and they carry a positive, upbeat demeanor that is always a pleasure to work with! We always hear about complaints, so I try to make a point to pass on the positive feedback also – especially when I come across someone doing an outstanding job. Thank you for this opportunity. "

"During a recent snow emergency at American Center it was very difficult to keep all areas open for parking, so only one specific area for parking was cleared by the CONTINUUM Exterior Services crew. All tenant's employees were directed to that area to allow other areas to be maintained. Employees were then shuttled to the entrance of the building. As tenants left the office, the shuttles dropped them off at their vehicle, and then the excess snow between vehicles was shoveled so they could get to their car doors. CONTINUUM team members also helped clear their windows and shoveled drifting mounds of snow away from the front and/or back of their vehicles to insure they wouldn't get stuck. I couldn't count the numerous "thank you" comments received. I do remember words and phrases like "Awesome", "Unbelievable" and "Way beyond Expectations". Not one fall, slip or stuck vehicle was reported throughout the day." An employee of one of the Tenants in the building had this to say: "On Friday afternoon when I left work and approached my van I noticed that that the snow was past the back of my bumper! My first thought, "How the heck am I getting out of this?" Low and behold as soon as the words were coming out of my mouth here comes two Santa Elves who were so kind (Bob and Chuck)! They shoveled me out of my spot, helped clean off my van for me and made sure I made it out alright! I want you to know how much that meant to me and how absolutely wonderful it was to see them! I want to thank your whole team that was helping that day."
"...after we had a new A/C unit installed, I thought it best to wait a couple of years before even entertaining the idea of changing vendors. When CONTINUUM was established, this created a level of uncertainty with me. I had to observe how you would operate. Brian – a service technician for CONTINUUM – he made the difference. The company that installed our unit and is currently providing the maintenance has done a good job; one could ask, "why fix it if it isn't broken?" I will tell you why – it is because of Brian.
