As Chief Engineer for CONTINUUM's building and facility maintenance services, Tom supervises over 2.5 million square feet of class “A” officebuilding space while providing leadership and direction to the engineering staff. His goal is to provide the continuous and efficient operation of all building and facility systems. Throughout the course of Tom’s twenty-five year career in facility maintenance services, he has developed specializedfacility operating procedures, implemented effective preventative maintenance programs, and worked to assure compliance with all applicable polices, expense guidelines and governing codes. He has also intensified CONTINUUM’s focus on sustainability and the importance of “going green” in the buildings that he supervises. Tom also assumes a key role in the safety and training of the entire CONTINUUM Facility Maintenance Services staff, ensuring that team members are up to date on the latest in safe workplace practices.
