As Vice-President of Continuum's building and facility maintenance services, Scott is responsible for daily operations, resource management, profit/loss and customer satisfaction. Scott is continuously developing, implementing, coordinating and leading Continuum’s corporate initiatives, policies, and processes. Scott built his executive career from the ground up – beginning as a maintenance plumber/pipefitter 15 years ago and progressively working his way through the ranks of the facility maintenance services and commercial real estate industry; with hands-on posts that have culminated in his current leadership position with Continuum Facility Maintenance Services. While Scott has successfully expanded service lines and grown Continuum's customer base for building and facility maintenance services, he has not lost focus of what is most important – providing maintenance solutions that ensure customer satisfaction by helping building owners achieve optimal return on their investments via knowledge-based solutions, best-practices expertise, creativity, and hard work.
