DALE WATCHOWSKI I Chairman and CEOAs Chairman & CEO of Continuum Services, Dale plays a key role in the strategic direction of the company. Dale has been involved in various facets of the real-estate industry for more than twenty-five years. His diverse background includes work for both local and national firms and touches on all aspects of the real estate arena– from financing projects and design/build, to property development, asset management, and leasing & property management. Dale's broad range of experience enhances his ability to understand the diverse needs of a facility owner and in turn focus on delivering the products and services that meet those needs so that all stakeholders meet their objectives.
SCOTT MILLIGAN I Vice PresidentAs Vice-President of Continuum's building and facility maintenance services, Scott is responsible for daily operations, resource management, profit/loss and customer satisfaction. Scott is continuously developing, implementing, coordinating and leading Continuum’s corporate initiatives, policies, and processes. Scott built his executive career from the ground up – beginning as a maintenance plumber/pipefitter 15 years ago and progressively working his way through the ranks of the facility maintenance services and commercial real estate industry; with hands-on posts that have culminated in his current leadership position with Continuum Facility Maintenance Services. While Scott has successfully expanded service lines and grown Continuum's customer base for building and facility maintenance services, he has not lost focus of what is most important – providing maintenance solutions that ensure customer satisfaction by helping building owners achieve optimal return on their investments via knowledge-based solutions, best-practices expertise, creativity, and hard work.
TOM BARTKOWIAK I Chief EngineerAs Chief Engineer for CONTINUUM's building and facility maintenance services, Tom supervises over 2.5 million square feet of class “A” officebuilding space while providing leadership and direction to the engineering staff. His goal is to provide the continuous and efficient operation of all building and facility systems. Throughout the course of Tom’s twenty-five year career in facility maintenance services, he has developed specializedfacility operating procedures, implemented effective preventative maintenance programs, and worked to assure compliance with all applicable polices, expense guidelines and governing codes. He has also intensified CONTINUUM’s focus on sustainability and the importance of “going green” in the buildings that he supervises. Tom also assumes a key role in the safety and training of the entire CONTINUUM Facility Maintenance Services staff, ensuring that team members are up to date on the latest in safe workplace practices.
